If you like your mode of transport to turn heads, then this unique bike, designed by the Dutch cycling organisation Mijl Van Mares Werkploeg, should certainly do the trick. The bike has officially become the ‘World’s Longest Bicycle’ and measures in at an impressive 35.8m (117 ft 5 in). The length of the bike was only made possible by using strong aluminium trusses for the main frame, in order to avoid it sagging/breaking in the middle. The bike also needs two people to operate it: someone at the front to steer and someone at the back to pedal. While the bike receives top marks for ingenuity, it may struggle a little on the manoeuvrability front!
