Time to see the world!

An Observation Deck With A Difference

Observation decks have become a popular tourist attraction in recent times, with more and more being installed in some of the tallest buildings in the world. While nearly all observation decks offer a stunning view as standard, the CN Tower deck in Toronto offers a slightly more unique (and incredibly frightening) experience than most. In August 2011 the Edgewalk was opened, allowing visitors to walk around the roof of the CN Tower Pod. The attraction is the ‘world’s highest full-circle, hands-free walk’ and sees visitors attached to an overhead rail by a harness, which allows them to fully lean out over the edge of the tower. Considering the deck is 356m (1,168ft) above the ground, you might want to think twice before signing up!
